How do I place a order?

You can click on the shop tab on the home page or if you see what you like from the home page you can click on "add to cart" and continue shopping or proceed to checkout and pay.

What are the payment options?

We accept most major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express and PayPal.

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

When will my order ship?

We ship items as soon as possible, as they become available. Lead times and estimated delivery dates are indicated for each product in the store. Shipment and delivery schedules may be affected by regional and federal holidays. Given uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (labor strikes, weather, etc.) we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates.

When placing an order, you should receive an email confirming your order shortly after completing your transaction. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting KaKed Cosmetics. Tracking information will be emailed once the order's shipping information is generated.
